What we negotiate
We negotiate any claim with a patient responsibility exceeding $200.00. Click here for a list of claim types.
This amount can come from full billed charges, balance billing from your provider, deductible, co-insurance, or non-covered charges.
It doesn’t matter if you have health insurance, or are uninsured. It doesn’t matter if the bill comes from an in-network or out of network provider.
With healthcare costs exploding, even bills from an In Network provider can easily exceed $200.00. Click here for examples.
How it Works
Any claim over $200.00 is eligible to be sent for negotiation
Once you create a user profile and your claim is in our database, the claim is analyzed and assigned to a trained negotiator.
Our negotiator contacts the provider and proposes a settlement.
If the provider accepts our proposal, we secure a signed agreement letter showing they agree to our terms. If the proposal is not accepted, it is your responsibility to pay the provider. There will be no INSNET fee charged.
Once we receive the signed agreement letter, you will receive a Transaction Summary from INSNET. You will be required to contact the medical provider and give the appointed representative your credit/debit card information in order to pay your balance. This step is the most secure means to protect your identity and privacy.
INSNET then charges your credit/debit card a fee of 35% of the amount saved, you keep 65%.
